CutePostal makes animated cards and invitations. We keep the minimum they need to work and delete it when it's no longer needed. We don't sell or share your data, we show no ads and we use no tracking cookies.
When you make a card we store what you typed (to, from, the message and the emoji) so it can open from its short link, and we count how many times it's opened. No account or email needed. Links are deleted after a year.
For an invitation we store the event details you type (names, date, place and notes), your email if you give it to us (to send you your dashboard link and RSVP notices) and your guests' replies (name and whether they're coming). The Etsy order number is only used to activate your purchase.
30 days after the event we delete the guests' replies, the photos and your email (we let you know a week before so you can download the list), and the invitation stays as a keepsake. After a year it's deleted completely. Drafts that are never published are deleted after 6 months.
The site runs on Cloudflare (servers, database and bot protection) and emails are sent with Resend. Purchases and payments happen on Etsy, under its own privacy policy.
